Overview
At Deep Green Building & Remodeling, we are committed to delivering sustainable, eco-friendly construction and renovation services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with organizing and maintaining accurate data to support our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping our green building projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Input, update, and maintain project, client, and vendor information in our databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.
