The role of Marketing & Community Coordinator is an exciting hybrid opportunity that involves working both in the Buhler and Wichita offices with some remote work and travel to various events and work locations. This position is designed for a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at managing logistics, coordinating events, and supporting cross‑functional teams. As the Marketing & Community Coordinator, you will play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role ensuring that community events, sponsorship programs, employee engagement activities, and marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize supplies such as promotional items, branded apparel, event banners, coordinate volunteer efforts, manage incoming donation and sponsorship requests, and keep inventory organized and accessible. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, preparation of marketing materials, and internal communications. Work closely with Marketing, Community Relations, and other internal collaborators to translate ideas into action. Occasionally provide evening and weekend event support, requiring flexibility and a commitment to community involvement.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, scheduling, project coordination, or a related role
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, conferences, lunches, or similar activities
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, and collaboration tools
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with others
- Ability to travel between Wichita, Buhler, and other event locations as needed
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to engage with multiple departments.
