Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, our firm provides a comprehensive range of advisory, assurance, tax, and risk management services to a wide array of regulated and growth-oriented industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of critical documents, ensuring accuracy, and analysing claims with precision. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of service and integrity for which our firm is known.

Responsibilities
  • Review, categorise, and process a high volume of digital documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyse claims and related documentation to ensure they adhere to established guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Verify information for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain impeccable and organised records within the company’s digital file management systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support a seamless operational workflow.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.
  • Assist in generating reports based on processed data as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in document processing, claims administration, or a similar data-intensive role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and make sound judgements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience with in the accounting, financial services, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
