Join our academic community as an Administrative Assistant supporting the College of Arts & Sciences and Education. This dynamic position is perfect for a highly organized multi‑tasker who loves variety, as you will manage everything from daily clerical duties and expense tracking to coordinating student event transportation with external vendors.

This role isn’t merely managing schedules and paperwork; you will play a vital part in Bethel’s mission to educate and equip students in a Christ‑centered community. As a core member of our staff, you serve as a minister of the gospel by fostering a highly organized, supportive, and welcoming environment where faculty can teach and students can thrive.

What you’ll do Administrative Duties – 75%
  • Provides administrative clerical support for assigned managers and directors.
  • Establishes proper company record retention guidelines and assure proper record filings.
  • Receives and obtains approval for expense reports.
  • Approves and tracks various invoices.
  • Tracks and approves department and manager/director bills.
  • Tracks credit cards and makes bank deposits as required.
  • Enters AR cash receipts into computer.
  • Acts as backup for other Administrative Assistants.
