Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate data across our systems, supporting our order management and customer fulfillment processes.

• Accurately enter and update customer and order information into our database
• Process and verify data from various sources
• Maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality
• Cross-check information for errors and inconsistencies
• Assist with data cleansing and organization projects
• Support the Operations team with administrative tasks as needed
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets

• 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy rate
• Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 50+ WPM)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and web-based tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
