Reliant Financial Services is seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Client Service Associate to support a team of three financial planners. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and high‑quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
- Process and manage client paperwork, including account opening, transfers, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents for client meetings and financial plan deliverables.
- Maintain accurate client records and data within CRM and planning software.
- Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, reviews, and follow‑ups across three advisors.
- Track and follow up on outstanding paperwork, signatures, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering required documentation.
- Support advisors with day‑to‑day administrative needs, correspondence, and file management.
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with firm and regulatory standards.
- 1–3+ years of experience in an administrative, client service, or financial services support role (industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM and financial planning software experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting several advisors simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Notary Public certification.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing).
- $50,000 starting salary.
