Overview
At Larimer County Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive, provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic staff member to join our Benefits and Community Support Division as an Administrative Specialist I/II.
Responsibilities- Supporting Case Management Teams:
Provide daily administrative, operational, and clerical support to both our TANF and Employment First (EF) case managers. - Engaging with Clients:
Act as a point of contact, interacting directly with participants to assist them through their program journey. - Managing Program Data:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS). - Reviewing State Reports:
Monitor and analyze state-issued reports to ensure data integrity and alignment with program guidelines. - Tracking Documentation and Compliance:
Process incoming participant paperwork and track program compliance data to keep files accurate and up to date.
All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
Administrative Specialist I- Salary range: $23.52/hr – $27.08/hr
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
- Salary range: $24.08/hr – $28.89/hr
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year experience as an Administrative Specialist I or two (2) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
