IN HOUSE LAND TECHHiring an experienced contract Oklahoma land tech for potentially long term work, mostly in our home office in Edmond. Strong comfort with Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as excellent attention to detail is essential. Possessing a working basic knowledge of title, curative, diligence, and leasing is helpful. Duties would include, but are not limited to, preparing/processing Oil & Gas Leases, data management, curative, online research, etc.

Hiring an experienced genealogist to track down heirs, relatives, and neighbors of long deceased mineral owners. Part time to possibly full time from home or our office. Pay commensurate with experience/abilities/references.
