We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised General Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic service-based business. This full-time role blends administrative, executive, and personal assistant responsibilities with light bookkeeping and client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and task coordination.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoice generation, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and warmth—no cold calling required.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organisation.
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive support to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong background in general administration, executive assistance, or personal assistant work.
- Experience with Xero or similar bookkeeping platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
