Description
This position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization by accurately and efficiently entering sales-related data into applicable systems, including but not limited to purchase orders and customer information. This position supports the customer services team's operation ensuring data integrity. This is a full-time hybrid position with the option to work out of our Wrightstown location, just 1 day per week.
The rest of the week you can work from home.
- Manage electronic files related to sales transactions, ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily accessible for reference.
- Accurate entry of purchase order details into applicable systems, ensuring all information is correctly recorded for fulfillment and billing purposes.
- Completing accurate entry of transaction data, including customer details, product information, and transaction values, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.
- Setup of new items in the ERP systems, including defining item attributes, categorizing inventory, and ensuring all necessary details are entered for accurate tracking and management.
- Assist in the maintenance of customer databases, updating records as necessary to reflect up-to-date customer information and transaction histories.
- Conduct routine reviews of data entered to ensure adherence to data entry standards and practices, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives related to data management, reporting, or system reviews/enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal sales services teams, including but not limited to, customer service, customer operations, sales, and quality. Informing and consulting appropriate resources as necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
- Gather and provide requested data between systems or platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and internal information.
- HS/GED required
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
