Thebes USA specialises in providing expert legal, regulatory, investment, and compliance advisory services. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our client and case data, which underpins the high quality service we provide.

The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This is a full‑time remote position based in the United States. Salary: $29 - $39 USD per hour.

Job Overview

Remote Data Entry Clerk duties include maintaining accurate data, overseeing integrity, and supporting advisory teams.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
  • Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections where necessary to ensure data integrity.
  • Handle and process sensitive and confidential legal and compliance documents with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
  • Generate reports, retrieve data from the database, and perform periodic data audits as requested by the advisory teams.
  • Comply with data integrity, security policies, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and managed effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and comfortable learning new database software.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certification in administration is a plus.
