Salary Range: $32.74 – $52.54 per hour
Under the supervision of the Graduate Programs Director, the Office Analyst provides general administrative support for the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) and the Associate Dean. The position supports student services for current and prospective students, including internships, fellowships, commencement, and admissions. Responsibilities include updating the GPS website, managing inquiries, coordinating financial commitments, tracking funding, providing data analyses, and coordinating meetings, events, and office needs.

- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and applicable student laws (FERPA).
- Strong customer‑service aptitude for diverse populations.
- Experience with University systems and databases.
- Experience in a student‑oriented environment, student affairs office, or higher education.
- Prior experience in online communications, administrative support, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
- 1–3 years providing administrative support with a wide range of responsibilities.
