Job Overview
Temporary administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year. Requires English fluency and 1st shift work in the United States.
Assignment Details- Up to 6‑month temporary assignment
- Full‑time hours, typically 8a.m.‑5p.m., Monday to Friday
- Possible overtime required
- Hybrid schedule: on‑site and remote work using video and screen sharing
- Spreadsheet tasks using Microsoft Excel
- Support quoting team with proposal creation
- Enter customer information into systems
- Direct calls or respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Work on projects as assigned
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
