This position is full time (40 hours/week), Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules within our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to extend hours and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
This will be on the job training aligned to your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities- Support daily operational processes related to project releases and Custom Pull List (CPL) file management.
- Review and identify all inbound files including medical records, invoices, and other miscellaneous documents, ensuring all documents are managed and routed supporting HEDIS® data collection efforts.
- Maintain productivity expectations by remaining attentive and effectively working all available inventory.
- Ensure the timely execution of release activities, accurate tracking, and effective communication with internal team and external vendors.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 5+ years of experience in Health Information Management Department
- Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Excel (view, sort, create and filter), Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week), Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules within our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to extend hours and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed
- Familiarity with structured environments involving ticketing, tracking, and compliance steps
- Experience in medical record scanning and indexing
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a United Health Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
