We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual/Personal Assistant to support the company's founder and executive team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Position Overview

The Virtual/Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted partner in managing schedules, communications, projects, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, contracts, and business documents.
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with real estate transactions and document management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, attorneys, lenders, and clients.
  • Conduct market research and gather information for business decisions.
  • Schedule property inspections, meetings, and project updates.
  • Manage CRM systems and update client databases.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and online presence when needed.
  • Perform other administrative and personal tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools.
  • Experience using CRM software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
