 We are looking for a Home Care Scheduler to help manage our successful home care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating home care services.
 You are highly detail-oriented and excel at managing multiple priorities. As a scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for the collection, management, and reporting of scheduling information. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting clients and care professionals to improve lives.

 RESPONSIBILITIES
 Saturdays & Sundays (remote) and Mondays (in office) required. Other days are flexible. 40 hours total
 Coordinate the use of our staff to ensure consistent quality of services for staffing needs
 Assign new clients to care professionals according to scheduling protocols
 Create and maintain schedules for all care professionals/clients
 Contact care professionals regarding shift coverage and any changes to the hours of their regular schedule
 Keep a “hot list” of all staff that can be placed immediately or used as backup for all call off situations
 Fill open shifts and securing coverage for call-offs or changes in clients' needs
 Maintain ongoing communication with Managers, Care Professionals & Clients regarding scheduling and changes
 QUALIFICATIONS
 High school diploma or GED
 1-2 yrs scheduling experience preferred
 Must be well organized, show great attention to detail
 Proficient with computer use and software applications
 Multi-tasker and customer service-oriented
 Excellent time management skills
 Homecare experience a plus
