Tandem Care Inc is seeking a Part-Time Evening Operations Coordinator to monitor the schedule and support caregivers from home. The role runs Monday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, totaling 25 hours per week and is 100% remote.
You'll respond to caregiver inquiries, arrange replacement coverage for call-outs, and document all activity in our CRM while communicating schedule updates professionally to caregivers and clients.
