Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data from various source documents into the companys computer system and databases

    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry tasks and any issues encountered.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace; experience with database management systems is a plus.
  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Equipment: Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
