Tandem Care is seeking a part-time operations coordinator for evening hours (5:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Saturday). This remote role focuses on keeping schedules running, answering caregiver questions, and resolving last-minute issues while caregivers care for clients.
You’ll monitor arrivals, coordinate replacements, communicate professionally via text and email, document activity in our CRM, and hand off to the morning team. 25 hours per week, 100% remote, no sales or calling center duties.
