Assistant Administrative Role In Daily Life Services
Administrative Assistant Position - Working 4.5 or 5 days, at 35 or 37.5 hours, entitling to a maximum of 15 days of annual leave.

- Ensure reception, orientation, and information to the public, ensuring a quality service to meet the users' requests while representing the image of the community;
- Receive, process, and follow up on requests from citizens in matters of civil status, funerals, and elections, while respecting the applicable legislation and ensuring the confidentiality and authenticity of documents.
Required knowledge:
- Mastery of reception and communication techniques;
- Knowledge of the applicable legislation in civil status (rules for drafting civil status acts, procedures for issuance) and elections;
- Knowledge of procedures related to administrative formalities;
- Knowledge of procedures related to funeral operations;
- Administrative writing techniques;
- Proficiency in computer and office tools.

- Diligence and organization.
