Part‑time, 25 hours per week. Hours are flexible and will be coordinated with the Executive Director, but must fall within the standard university business hours. Regular check‑ins with the Executive Director are expected throughout the week.

Job DescriptionThe Center for Experiential Pedagogy & Practice (CEPP) seeks a Simulation Logistics Coordinator (temporary). The assignment runs from July 27, 2026 to January 8, 2027 and reports to the Executive Director. This role ensures effective daily operations of simulations and clinical education, primarily managing scheduling and behind‑the‑scenes logistics. Key responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling actors, coordinating training sessions, tracking actor hours and submitting weekly payroll, and creating schedules for both in‑person and virtual simulations.

The employee will have access to sensitive information protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Maintaining strict confidentiality of all student records is a condition of employment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Drive skills
- Recruit actors 4–6 weeks ahead of upcoming simulations using the established roster, ensuring suitability and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for each simulation.
- Accurately manage fiscal responsibilities associated with compensating actors, tracking hours and submitting weekly payroll.
- Create in‑person schedules by matching actors to student learners and assigning pairs to simulation rooms.
- Create virtual schedules by matching actors to student learners and generating individualized Zoom links for each pair.
- Perform other logistics duties as assigned.
