** Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
*** Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information.
* Prepares and maintains records.
* Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* The person hired for this position will work out of the Gainesville, GA office which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.#LI-Hybrid

** High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).###

** Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies. Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.
