Join Enbridge as an Administrative Assistant III, providing comprehensive administrative support to leaders and teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who excels at multitasking, coordinating logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and teams.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and facilities coordination.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and team documentation.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and administrative projects.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- 3+ years of administrative, office support, or reception experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

- Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions; organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology; organize and prioritize work schedule on a short‑term basis; make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area; understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines; complete routine forms;
compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports; and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Salary ranges from $63,000 to $70,000 based on candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
