Description
Summary: The Administrative Assistant – Senior / Office Manager performs a broad range of administrative and office management duties, providing high-level support to department leadership while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and professionally. This role plays a critical part in office coordination, facilities support, emergency preparedness, and special event planning, contributing significantly to workplace culture and employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
- Maintains calendar and schedules meetings.
- Gathers data and prepares reports.
- Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements.
- May train other employees and participate in special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma
- 3+ years’ experience in administrative support role
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills.

Compensation RangeThe compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
