* PURPOSE:

* The intern position resides within the Business Integration / Process Administration Department. This team is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Shared Services / Operations organization and their clients with navigation change, providing on-going communications, and process update support. Ideal candidates must have knowledge of business administration. An interest in healthcare, business administration, project management, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

** internship program. The ideal candidate is someone who can commit to work
** _throughout the year part-time up to 15-20 hours in the Spring/Fall AND full-time 40 hours in the Summer._
** The anticipated start date for this internship is in October 2026.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*
* + Assisting and executing tasks associated with the delivery of organizations initiatives.
+ Creation of emails, project plans and PowerPoint presentations.
+ Develop and execute communications to internal and external project stakeholders.
+ Attend meetings, record outcomes for key action items and follow-ups.
+ Identify proactive opportunities for deploying creative communications strategies.
+ Maintain internal and external stakeholder information repository (i.e. SharePoint, Wiki Communities).
+ Support vendor relationships through procurement, invoice processing, defect and performance management, and change requests.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

* ** Education Level/
Experience:
** This position requires an individual working towards at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University. Junior or Senior Undergraduate student targeting majors in Business Administration, Project Management or Management related degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.
** Knowledge Skills Abilities (KSA's)*
* + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and online, internet/intranet tools and search engine.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including assisting with reports, manuals and written documentation.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal staff and external clients.
+ Strong attention to detail, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
+ Must be able to work independently, as well as working with a team, to accomplish assigned tasks.
+ Demonstrated skills with various computer applications/software, particularly those related to the development of documents, web pages, and presentations.
+ Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
** Salary Range:** $19,760 - $26,000
