Location: 12250 E Illiff Ave, Aurora Colorado 80014 – 100% Onsite
SummaryJoin a world‑class organization as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior Distribution Director and regional leadership team. This highly visible role within Caterpillar’s Mountain West District offers the opportunity to work closely with executives and dealer leaders across multiple U.S. locations.
What you will do- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle complex travel arrangements.
- Support Aurora district office operations, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and approve invoices, financial reports, and internal communications.
- Maintain district budgets and provide recommendations for expense management.
- Draft agendas, coordinate logistics, and manage materials for executive meetings and reports.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure information flow and project alignment.
- Lead the administrative and operational support for the Distribution Director and district office.
- Balance multiple priorities with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare monthly dealer and executive reports, including financial tracking and expense reconciliations.
- Communicate across various departments and dealer networks with professionalism and discretion.
- Serve as the go‑to contact for scheduling, travel, and executive coordination.
- 10+ years of experience supporting executive‑level leadership (7+ years acceptable with Bachelor’s degree).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – reputable assessments required.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and financial acumen.
- Adobe Acrobat and Power BI experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Flexible schedule with occasional off‑hour needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
