Veta Virtual is hiring an Executive Assistant & Revenue Operations Specialist for a client in the Roofing and Construction industry. This 100% remote role is a high-ownership hybrid position serving as the executive's operational right hand while owning the full revenue cycle from quote to cash.
You will attend executive meetings, chase deadlines, manage invoicing and collections, and oversee Quick Books Online with the accounting team. Strong English skills and LATAM/Europe base are preferred.
