Healthy At Home Caregivers is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support our California operations in a fully remote, full-time role. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, build relationships, and match caregivers to clients based on needs, availability, and experience.
You will manage high-volume schedules, respond to urgent staffing needs, and ensure coverage is secured while maintaining compliance and records in Axis Care, Guardian, and Paylocity.
