• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple locations
• Manage light renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and execution
• Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure facilities remain safe and operational
• Coordinate external contractors, trades, and service providers to complete work efficiently and within budget
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met
• Respond to facility-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives and facility improvement programs
• Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize facility needs and project requirements
• Travel regularly to facilities within your assigned region and periodically outside the province as required

• Previous experience in facilities management, property management, building maintenance, or a related field
• Experience coordinating light renovations, repairs, and maintenance projects
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to various sites
• Willingness and ability to travel out of province as required
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers is considered an asset
