RUN Studios and its client partner are seeking a customer service focused Facility Operations Scheduler to join our busy team!

The Facility Operations Scheduler serves as the hub for Scheduling and Operations services for one of our large corporate clients. The Scheduler efficiently manages incoming scheduling requests for video and event production services and resources. Requests may come from team members, clients, or production partners.

This is a hybrid role sitting in Redmond, WA 3 days per week.

As a Facility Operations Scheduler, You Will

  • Input booking requests into scheduling database program.
  • Reconcile scheduled work orders and confirm data is accurate for our billing cycle.
  • Work with Accounting Team to ensure correct time entry for billing purposes.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings/schedule walkthrough involving business owners and internal teams.
  • Communicate and coordinate between departments to ensure request support accuracy.

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • Administrative and coordination experience required (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, thinking of the team and contributing to the greater good in the process.
  • Excellent follow-through.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm, make appropriate decisions and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent organization, scheduling, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Inquisitive nature.
  • Growth mindset.
  • The ability to provide a plan of action to implement new ideas.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume scheduling role.
  • Familiarity with production, live broadcasts, or similar environments.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Hybrid: three days per week in a production/office setting, the other days will be work from home.

Compensation

Pay Range: $56,000 - $60,000

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
