Employment Type: Full time, 40 hrs/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend support based on household needs, guests, travel, or special projects

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience

• Prior experience managing a private household required; 5–7+ years of professional household management experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable signing and maintaining a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement
• Must love dogs and be comfortable around pets
• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

We are a warm, entrepreneurial couple living in Nashville with our beloved Bernedoodle dog. We lead growing businesses and frequently work from home, with creative projects, content production, team members, and occasional filming taking place throughout the property. Because our home serves as both a private residence and, at times, a creative workspace and our office, we value a space that consistently feels organized, welcoming, discreet, and ready for the day ahead.

Our lifestyle is active, fast-moving, and often evolving. Guests may arrive with limited notice, travel can create shifting household needs, and priorities may change quickly depending on business, family, or property demands. We appreciate a professional who can read the room, understand what requires immediate attention, and confidently pivot without losing sight of the broader household rhythm.

We already work with a network of trusted support, including cleaners, dog-care professionals, landscapers, maintenance vendors, and other service providers. We are seeking a House Manager who can serve as the connective thread across these relationships—keeping projects moving, maintaining standards, communicating clearly, and ensuring details do not fall through the cracks.

Since both principals frequently work from home, the ability to operate independently, respect privacy, minimize unnecessary interruptions, and provide clear visibility into priorities and progress is essential.
