Summary:The Translation Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Translation & Localization Program by coordinating projects, providing support to the Translation & Localization Program Manager and stakeholders, and completing the administrative needs of the program. This position is open to an onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangement. This is a part time, 20 hour/week position with some flexibility of schedule.
RequiredMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor's Degree in Translation or relevant field preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Certification in Translation or relevant field from a certifying professional organization or educational institution preferred. - Experience:
One year of relevant work experience in the Translation field required. Experience in file preparation, coordination, and delivery of translations preferred. - Additional Skills/Requirements
Required:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The pay range for this position is $23.38to $31.63 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
