  • Maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date resource and referral information to ensure accurate client guidance.
  • Tracking and auditing data in spreadsheets and program databases to generate accurate reporting, track outcomes, and handle partner invoicing.
  • Assisting the Office on Aging with routine and seasonal reporting, special initiatives, and ongoing organizational projects.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to supporting clients, internal staff, and the broader Human Services mission.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse environment, fostering positive connections with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and personalities.
  • Dedication to enhancing quality of life for individuals in skilled nursing facilities, with a core focus on reducing institutionalization and facilitating successful transitions to community-based living.
  • Experience with a variety of software programs, databases, and spreadsheet tools to efficiently organize, track, and manage program data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally across departments and agencies.
  • Ability to seamlessly adjust workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to de-escalate challenging conversations professionally while remaining empathetic and firm on program guidelines.
