Gray Hawk Land Solutions is seeking a Document Specialist for a remote position. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of all phases of a right‑of‑way project, be a self‑starter, and perform duties with little supervision.
You will organize and maintain ROW documents, easements, deeds, and related records, create system line lists, conduct in‑house ROW/title searches, and enter precise metadata in client systems. Five years of ROW document experience is required.
