Red Light Management, one of the world's leading independent music management companies, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Artist Management Assistant to join our Electronic Music department.
This full-time, hybrid position is based in Los Angeles, with a combination of work-from-home and in-office days at our Century City office. Working directly with the Head of Electronic Music and his team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping people and projects organized, and has a genuine passion for music.
Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support- Manage the Head of Electronic's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and events across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meeting invites and recurring department meetings.
- Assist with travel coordination and logistical planning as needed.
- Prepare, submit, reconcile, and track expense reports through Concur.
- Maintain contact databases, calendars, and recurring reminders.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively solve logistical issues.
- Maintain department files, folders, spreadsheets, and organizational systems across Google Workspace, Dropbox, and other platforms.
- Organize and update shared documents, internal trackers, and department resources.
- Assist with recurring administrative projects and department reporting.
- Help coordinate office meetings, conference room bookings, and team logistics.
- Provide general administrative support across the Electronic department as needed.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ongoing projects across the department.
- Assist with research, presentation materials, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to help keep projects on schedule.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- 1–3 years of assistant and/or music industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Zoom.
- Passion for music and an interest in artist management and the live entertainment industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
