Job SummaryThe Part-Time/Temporary Curriculum and Degree Progress Specialist provides administrative and analytical curriculum review support and will work closely with and provide support to the Senior Assistant Registrar for Graduate Records. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of curriculum information related to the Graduate School catalog and associated curriculum documentation. The Curriculum Reviewer works collaboratively with graduate departments, the curriculum team, and other Registrar functional areas, and may also review undergraduate curriculum artifacts as needed.
This position will also assist with data and transcript analysis, including degree audit validation, testing, review, reporting, and troubleshooting (including migration of degree audit exceptions) as needed.
This position supports institutional efforts to maintain clear, well-documented, and systematized academic curriculum processes, from proposal through approval and codification and will work with team members in the University Registrar’s Office, the Graduate School, faculty, curriculum contacts and other campus partners whose roles contribute to the development of the academic offerings.
