Brightline is seeking a dedicated Member Support Specialist to assist our members with signup, scheduling, billing, and general administrative needs. This fully remote role follows an 8am–5pm EST schedule, Monday through Friday, and plays a key part in delivering a smooth member experience as Brightline scales.
You will join a small, agile team, using EHR and scheduling tools to streamline workflows, answer inquiries, verify eligibility, and support providers.
