Inspired Instruction is hiring a solutions-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. Our office location is 1318 Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801
. The compensation range is $50,000 to $62,000 per year
. Hybrid Office hours Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.

Schedule:
Employees may choose between full day of remote work every other Friday or half day on-site/half day remote work every Friday, subject to business and office coverage needs.

- The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will help ensure that the organization operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently by:
- Maintaining an organized, welcoming, safe, and efficient office environment, including coordinating office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor-supported services
- Ensuring school partners, vendors, and team members receive timely, professional, and helpful communication via phone, email, and other administrative interactions
- Supporting efficient office operations through timely processing of mail, packages, documentation, and accurate maintenance of digital records within the company CRM
- Supporting the successful completion of school Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other operational documentation through organization, formatting, and coordination of required materials
- Maintainig accurate and up-to-date employee files, workplace documentation, and internal administrative records
- Providing dependable administrative and operational support to office staff and remote team members while building positive and professional working relationships across the organization
- Planning, coordinating, and executing client events, round tables, and conferences by managing event logistics, vendor relationships, attendee communications, event materials, timelines, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintaining data integrity across primary software while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows that help teams operate more effectively and efficiently, while taking initiative to contribute beyond assigned tasks
- Supporting additional operational or client support responsibilities as the role grows and evolves, along with other duties as needed
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of proven office administration or office management experience, preferably within the educational services industry
- Knowledgeable with using productivity and CRM software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
- Experience managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities and support-related tasks
- Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and RFP documentation
- Experience supporting operations, project coordination, or client-facing administrative functions
