Maximus is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to support Mass Health LTSS, including ADH, AFC, GAFC, and PCA programs. You will manage intake, perform telephonic screenings, coordinate documentation, educate members on options, and schedule assessments, serving as the primary member contact after request initiation.
This is a primarily remote role with occasional field-based work within a specified service area.
