SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support the Litigation Team in a role that combines litigation support with accounting and billing-related responsibilities. This high-volume, fast-paced position requires deductive reasoning, clear and concise communication, strong organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a desire to learn and grow with the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Request, receive, and track outstanding OTA fees, and update the internal case management system to maintain compliance with client expectations.
- Review and invoice files to confirm required fee approvals are obtained, cost backup is uploaded and entered, and fees comply with client or GSE fee schedules.
- Run daily billing reports and update files to accurately track status.
- Confirm costs and supporting backup are in the file and invoiced accurately.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication while working collaboratively with the team.
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
Salary RangeThe salary for this position typically ranges from $26.00 - $27.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
