Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits in a fully remote US role. You will liaise between patients, pharmacies, and nurses, coordinating scheduling, staffing, and logistics with a focus on timely, high-quality care.
Ideal candidates are organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable using Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack, and other platforms to manage multiple tasks while communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
