This position is located in Facilities Management & Resources, Richland County. This is an in-office role and not a telecommute or remote position.
Are you the One? We are looking for a Program Coordinator I (Facilities Program Coordinator) who, under the direct supervision of the Facilities Management and Resources (FMR) Program Manager, serves as the support to Agency offices to ensure compliance with building issues and assess needs and possible improvements. This position establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with internal and external constituents.
The Facilities Program Coordinator maintains both the highest level of professionalism and strict confidentiality of information.

A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
Additional Requirements:- Sitting or standing for long periods of time.
- Valid driver's license.
- Occasional overnight travel.
- Requires holder to driver routinely.
- Overtime and/or weekend work with Deputy approval.
- Lifting requirements: 50 lbs.
- Must travel routine to all statewide South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (the Department) locations.
- In-office role.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the area of employment.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
