Provide operational and administrative support to the General Manager and company departments, with responsibility for completing routine administrative, government, employee-related, and coordination activities efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities- Manage and follow up company transactions through commonly used Saudi government and business platforms.
- Work effectively with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Balady, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center, Chamber of Commerce and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate document attestation and authentication with the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant authorities.
- Follow up employee-related government procedures, renewals, permits, records and required payments.
- Monitor expiration dates and required actions and initiate renewals before deadlines without waiting for management reminders.
- Prepare official letters, correspondence, forms and administrative documents in Arabic and English.
- Enter, update, verify and maintain company and employee records and data.
- Organize electronic and physical files and ensure documents can be retrieved quickly when required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, bookings and related arrangements.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and interview scheduling when required.
- Manage routine emails, calls, follow-ups and administrative correspondence as assigned.
- Follow up assigned tasks with employees, suppliers, service providers and external parties until completion.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant administrative, operations or government relations experience.
- Practical experience using Saudi government and business platforms is strongly preferred.
- Good Arabic and English communication and business writing skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and general office applications.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and complete assignments without continuous supervision.
