Role Overview
The Fleet Administrative Assistant supports the Fleet Title and Registration team by coordinating vehicle title, registration, and renewal activities across the organization. This role serves as a key administrative resource for internal departments, field operations, equipment vendors, and registration partners to ensure documentation is processed accurately and on time.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Support vehicle title and registration activities for field and home office operations.
- Process new and renewal registrations, including IRP registrations, state plates, replacement plates, and specialty plates.
- Assist with state sales tax audits and vendor invoice reviews.
- Coordinate documentation for equipment sales and auctions.
- Maintain title records, transfer documentation, and organizational files.
- Process title and registration transfers related to operational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Communicate with field personnel, vendors, management, and internal departments.
What You Will Bring
- Preferred experience with vehicle title and registration processes.
- Preferred experience supporting sales tax audits.
- Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication abilities.
- Notary experience preferred; willingness to obtain a notary license after hire.
