Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, this position is perfect for freshers or individuals without prior experience looking to start their career in the field of administration. This is an entry-level position that offers growth opportunities within the company.
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations within the office.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient flow of information and communication.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the company.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain budget control.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Wakra, Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not necessary; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office located in Al-Wakra. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, remote work may be required initially.
