We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us with our data entry needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering data into our system accurately and promptly.
Data Entry Specialist Duties:- Provide internal support through data input and data entry, processing invoices, and reviewing payment statements to ensure accuracy
- Enters, updates, and maintains data in internal databases relating to customers, products, and suppliers
- Provides technical support to new and existing internal processes
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Researches as needed to resolve problems
- Proactively works to resolve any discrepancies and user errors
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Process orders, communicate with vendors, and communicate with clients
- Create and maintain customer/vendor profiles
- Process and fulfill orders
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Update existing client/vendor records
