Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Word Processor in our Cleveland office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.
Position Summary:
Our Cleveland office has an amazing opportunity for a Word Processor who is looking to utilize their experience and skill set in a variety of areas of practice. This role is perfect for the legal assistant who wants to work with different practice groups, never have the same day twice in a row when it comes to work and assist with different matters.
Our Word Processors work hand-in-hand with legal assistants and attorneys to provide support in one of the nation's fastest growing law firms and assist litigators in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
The Word Processor provides high-quality document production and legal support services using a variety of software applications. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional delivery of legal documents while supporting attorneys, legal assistants, and firm personnel. The Word Processor may also provide coverage for legal assistant assignments as business needs require.

Qualifications:
The Word Processor must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, legal support center, or word processing department. Processor must demonstrate advanced proficiency in the preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading of legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced document formatting features, is essential.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Acrobat, Doc Xtools, Litera, Best Authority, iManage, Docu Sign, Intapp, and related document production technologies is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $65K to $85K.
