Claims Assistant in Hybrid Role

Location: Southwestern Ontario

As a Claims Assistant, you will report to the Team Leader and handle vital tasks such as processing payments, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance. You will need strong keyboarding skills and be proficient in MS Word and Excel, all while building relationships with internal and external customers. Your contribution will be essential for achieving daily KPIs and upholding high standards of customer service across claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoice payments accurately and timely

• Ensure correct labeling of invoices and documents

• Complete Operational Risk Events for delays

• Conduct quality checks for data integrity

• Monitor and respond to common email inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of office experience

• Experience in claims support functions is an asset

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
