Office Assistant
Clear View Healthcare Management is seeking an office assistant! This job is on-site at our home office, 40 hours a week. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F.
Responsibilities- Typing email communications & making phone calls to center staff, regionals, and vendors.
- Administrative daily and weekly checklist of tasks such as filling paper in printers, stamping envelopes, packing shipments & envelopes, stocktaking of office supplies & kitchenette supplies.
- Gathering company-specific permits/licenses and insurance from/for centers. Assisting in renewals.
- Assisting in documentation collection for health insurance recredentialing.
- Auditing & ordering center staff uniforms.
- Printing name & other badge cards.
- Mailing out birthday & celebration cards.
- Assisting in center user IT audits, email distribution list audits, & user IT account set-ups & terminations.
- Assisting in the planning/scheduling of team meetings, catered meals, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating regional & center gifting orders for holidays, meetings, award ceremonies, special events etc.
- Working on assigned projects given by the Office Manager;
Ability to document progress on such assignments.
- Must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, & Outlook.
- Must be meticulous with details.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized
- Able to work independently on assignments, as well as accept directions & work with other corporate team members on projects.
