The Executive Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation of the Office of the CEO. This rolesupportsexecutive prioritiesandlogistics, drivesorganizational follow-through, managesexecutive operating rhythms, and servesas a trusted liaison across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally proactive, exercises outstanding judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Theyanticipateneeds before they arise, remove administrative friction from executives, and help ensure leadership priorities translate into execution across the organization.

Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring strategic prioritization of meetings and commitments.
- May also support other executive calendaring.
- Coordinate schedules across the Executive Leadership Team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
- Manage executive travel, expenses, and logistics, including meeting and grouplogistics.
- Draft executive communications, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize requests requiring executive attention.
- Own the operating cadence for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate weekly executive meetings,quarterly planning sessions,and Board meetings,includingpreparingmaterials, documenting key decisions and actionitemsand ensuringtimelyfollow through

MOMand otherleadershippriorities. - Track executive action items and drive follow-up to completion.
- Monitor organizational priorities and elevate risks or delays.
- Support annual planning and leadership goal-setting processes.
- Help ensure cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and attend
Board meetinglogisticsand schedules. - Assist with preparation and distribution of Board materials.
- Maintain Board calendars and governance documentation.
- Support coordination oflender,investor, and due diligence meetings.
- Support confidential executive-level communications.
- Document board meeting notes and follow up items
Partner with executives on high-impact initiatives, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions integration
- Executive,leadershipor companyoffsites
- Organizational planning
- Company-wide communications
- Cross-functional process improvements
- Business certifications like B-corp
- Specialprojectsassigned by the CEO
- Draft presentations and executive communications
- Prepare PowerPoint materials for Board, investors, and leadership meetings
- Coordinate company-wide announcements
- Ensure consistent executive messaging across functions
- Improve executive support processes and systems
- Coordinate leadership events and meetings
- Manage confidential documents and records
- Partner with HR on executive onboarding and organizational announcements
- Support vendor relationships related to executive operations
Required
- 8+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
- Experience supporting a CEO or executive leadership team.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company.
- Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Jira, or similar business systems.
